He is survived by: his children, Maria Moreno, Elizabeth Moren (Hilario), Gilbert and Blanco, Jr.; his wife Emma; his brother Noe Blanco, Sr.; and also, Elvira Blanco, Josue Blanco, Abigail Blanco, Jason Jimenez and Julie Gonzalez (Jose). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren.
