Stockett (Tulia, Texas), born in Happy, Texas, who passed away on June 11, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer J. and Adele Helena Goettsch Bauer; her husband Roy Stockett; her sons, John Ray Stockett and Joe; and her siblings, Margie Glenn, Thelma Ardis, Carrie Fisher, Evelyn Hill and Elmer Bauer, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, James Stockett of Amarillo and Nita Hooper of Tulia; and her grandchildren, Rusty Hooper of Tulia, Matt Hooper of Tulia, Miranda Eastwood of Tulia, Jacinda Langen of Lenora, Jeane Middleton of Happy, Janale Stockett of Mansfield, Jimmy Stockett of Happy, Rachel Schwankl of McKinney and Randy Stockett of Lakeside, AZ. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and nine great, great grandchildren.
