He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton White and Vinnie White; his wife Glenda Ewing; his daughter Kelly Stavenhagen; and his brothers, Dennis White and Douglas White.
He is survived by: his children, Terry McAvoy (Joe) and Donnie White (Gail); his son-in-law Rick Stavenhagen; and his brother Ralph White. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
