He is survived by: his children, Debra Olivarez of Corinth, TX, Rosemary Rodriquez (Israel) of Tulia, TX, Victor Rios, Jr. of Harlingen, TX and Chris Rios (Claudia) of Amarillo, TX; and his sisters, Olivia Perez of Ballinger, TX and Martina Garza of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
