He is survived by: his wife Virginia Davis of Tulia; his children, Kim Garza (Oscar) of Tulia, Sonya Ray (Mikey) of Plainview, James Davis (Jamie) of Tulia, Charley Davis Jr. of Tulia and David Davis (Tabitha) of Happy; and his brother Troy Davis of Brownsboro. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
