He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Fred A Pharis Jr. and Mary Annette Riggs Pharis; and his wife Linda Ann Pharis. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Lou Pharis Hill (Russell Hill) and Phillip A Pharis (Barbara Pharis); his daughters, Shannon Pharis and Tracy Perry; and his grandchildren, Tenley Ann Perry and Kasen Blaine Perry. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
