He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom Davis Parrott and Wilda Lee Irons Parrott; his children, Julie Shelby (Wade) of Midland, TX, Chad Parrott (Stacey) of Paris, TX and Jennifer Plemons (Matt) of Abilene, TX; his grandchildren, Jordan Mowles (Andrew), Allison Gordon (Conoly), Will Shelby, Ashtyn Parrott, Max and Evie Plemons; his sister Tomile; his brother-in-law Terry Lowery of Throckmorton, TX; his nephews, Curtis Lowery (Katie) and Matt Lowery (Robyn); his great-nieces, Matilyn, Charlee, Paislee and Piper Lowery; his great-nephew Hayden Lowery; and his grandparents, Claude, Birdie Irons, Tom and E. P. Davis Parrott. He was also cherished by cousins and countless dear friends.
