He was predeceased by: his son Dejean Wayne "John Boy" Itchue; and his mother Virginia Itchue. He is survived by: his adoptive mother Virginia Itchue; his wife Martha Itchue; his son Jeremiah Itchue (Monica) of Corsicana; his grandchildren, John Itchue, Emberlynn Itchue, McKinlynn Itchue, Layla Byoles, J. Milligan, Jr. and Savannah Milligan; and his brother Gordon Itchue (Leann) of Mexia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
