He is survived by: his wife Cindy Burk; his daughter Patty; his siblings, Sheila Rushing and Rodney Burk (Debbie); his son-in-law Joe Johnson; and his close friend Bobby Michael. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
