She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbie Rosenbaum and Ethel Rosenbaum; her former husband Boone H. Daves, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Woodridge, Katherine Kirby, Orbie and Orville Rosenbaum.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Currie; her children, Terri Daves-Wells (Jeff) of Rockwall and Edward Daves (Janet) of Terrell; her stepchildren, Susan Reinke (Carl) of Mesquite and Jeff Currie of Garland; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Wells Jr. (Lyndsay), Kristin Zamarripa (David), Clark Daves (Nadalee), Kent Daves (Michelle), Lindsey Hunt (John) and Chris Reinke (Lindsey). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren as well as several nieces nephews, extended family and many loving friends.
