He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Boon and Oleta Hunt Boon; his wife Brenda Sue Boon; and his grandparents, Buford, Ruth Hunt, Cecil, Bertha Boon, Bobby Joe and Ann Janes.
He is survived by: his brother Rickie Boon; his uncle Ronnie Hunt (Karen); his aunt Bessie Sitzes; his niece Stacy Duff (Billy); his nephew Sean Kidd (Amy); his sister-in-law Sue Rust; and his friend Mickey. He is also survived by his three great nieces, one great nephew, three great-great nephews and one great-great niece.
