He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. O. Lee and Maxine Lee (Haney); his sister Martha Carol Wheeler; his wife Rachel Lee of Terrell; his children, Billy Todd Lee (Melissa) of Terrell, Carrie Kunkel (Steve) of Forney and April Coltharp (Brian) of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren, Chad Miller (Amber), Kelsie Kunkel and Chayce Coltharp; his great grandchildren, Dylan and Bayleigh Miller; his brother Bobby Lee (Sandee); and his brother-in-law Butch Wheeler. He was also cherished by several other extended family members and friends.
