He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Marie Jenkins and Irene Zaruba. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Zaruba and Theresa Zaruba (Jenkins); his aunt Dawn Tubbs; his wife Arrie Zaruba; his children, Meredith, Noah, Levi, Wilson and John; his siblings, Christopher (Kallin) of Temple, TX, Jonathon (Katlynn) of Ocean Springs, MS, Stephanie Pregler (Travis), Faythe Tubbs and Andrea Hart of Oklahoma; his grandfather John Zaruba of Hamilton, TX; and his close friend Felix Mungia. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
