He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Walker Lockett. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Lockett of El Paso, Texas; his wife Wendy Nicholes of Killeen, Texas; his children, Rayford Lockett Jr. of Killeen, Texas and Chasity Patton of Killeen, Texas; and his sister Cynthia Lockett of Killeen, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
