With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Juana Chavez Donoso of Temple, Texas, born in Milam, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Chavez and Fuastina Chavez (Rocha); her husband Raymond Donoso; her daughter Yolanda Zyburt; and her siblings, Juliana Garcia, Ramona Martinez, Pablo Chavez, Guadalupe Chavez, Steve Chavez, Juan Chavez, Tony Carrillo and Matilte Chavez Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Janie Landry (Ed) of Camden, AR, Jesse Duarte and Ruben Duarte (Lindy) of Bertram; and her siblings, Mary Helen Fest, Eva Kuhn, Teresa Sidon, Paula Burrows, Sandy Ruiz, Elva Ramirez, Minnie Vasquez, Helen Garcia and Jose Chavez. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
