He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Clemens and Robert Clemens; and his siblings, Bobby Clemens, Sissy Scorcia and June Bonachi.

He is survived by: his wife Margie Clemens; his daughter Michelle Clemens; his grandson Maxwell Morrison; and his siblings, Michael Clemens and Gloria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to the Operation Feeding Temple or Christ Church Community Garden in Jim's honor.
