She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Partin Messer and Neal Edward Messer; her husband Jack Benjamin Caesar, Jr.; and her sister Elmora Messer Matthews. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackye Kay Russell (John Stanley Russell), Debra Anne Woods (Doctor Larry Lee Woods) and Nora Beth Winkler (Dean Otis Winkler); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Kimberly, Stacie, Todd, Mandy and Molly; and her nephews, Rev. Neal Matthews, Cort Matthews and Bruce Matthews. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
