He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria V. Valdez and Augustine L. Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Armida Vazquez Hernandez; and his children, Rene Vazquez, Jennifer De La Rosa and Jesus Alberto Hinojosa. He is also survived by his granddaughter, and many cousins, nieces, nephews.
