She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard A. Chisholm and Narnie Belle Chisholm (Simmons); her husband Fred Allen Marsh; her son Terry Joe Balch; and her great grandchild Mason Charles Balch.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Gene Balch (Kathy) of Cameron, TX and Charlotte Jean Rogers of Rockdale, TX; and her grandchildren, Eugene Griffen Rogers, III, Leslie Lynn Rogers, Eric Balch (Tammy), Wendy Mahan (Joe), Shawna Balch, Joanna Balch Doskocil (Charlie), Jason Balch (Camden), Jim Bob Balch Rhodes and Rebekka Balch Psencik (Justin). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
