She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lee and Julia Ruth Kemp (Whatley); her sisters, Doris Kemp and Joyce Kemp; her brother-in-law Jerry Roberts; and her nephew Steve Roberts.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Leroy Kemp (Jean) and Carolyn Roberts; and her nieces and nephews, Paul Kemp (Cindie), Timothy Kemp (Donna), Mark Kemp (Annette), Shelley Walrath (Roberts) and Shelley Roberts (Loven).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Belton or the Kemp Family Endowed Scholarship at UMHB, UMHB Station, Belton.
