Rocha; his wife Angel "Hemi" Capistran of Taft, Texas; his children, Johnny Almanza of Taft, Joe Richard Capistran, Jr. of Victoria, Texas, Marie Flores (Raymond) of Taft, Texas, Janet Ramirez (Mike) of Refugio, Texas, Dela Cantu (Lambert) of Midlothian, Texas and Rhonda Falcon (Mike) of Victoria, Texas; and his siblings, Rudy Capistran (Mary V.) and Gloria A. Moya of Refugio, Texas. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
