He was predeceased by: his parents, Amador Z. Castillo and Elidia M. Castillo; and his siblings, Guadalupe C. Pena, Josefina Davila, Elueterio and Julio Castillo.
He is survived by: his wife Irene G. Castillo; and his children, Angel Castillo (Elvira), Sylvia Castillo (Frank), Rosie Castaneda (Sonny), Leticia G. Castillo, Bernadette Castillo (Fred) and Yvonne Castillo (Joe). He is also survived by 15 grandkids, 31 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers.
