He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pustejovsky and Elizabeth Pustejovsky; and his brothers, Raymond, Richard and Joe Pustejovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Pustejovsky; his children, Betty Vacek (Stan), Jim Pustejovsky (Janiece), Paul Pustejovsky, Sr. (Maggie) and Kim Polasek (Benny); his siblings, Sybil Pustejovsky, Betty Hajda and Tracy Malone Yates; and his grandchildren, Brandi Huf (Jason), Chris Flemming (Carol), Anna Custer (Jason), Luke Vacek (Anne), Amy Viertel (Cory), Jake Pustejovsky (Brynn), Daniel Pustejovsky (Amanda), Joey Pustejovsky (Sara), Mark Pustejovsky, Dustin Pustejovsky (Lucy), Marie DeVos (Dustin), Paul Pustejovsky, Jr. (Meagan), Tracy Dronen (Sean), Sarah Ring (Wesley), Ervin Polasek (Morgan), Andy Polasek (Lily) and Bridget Polasek. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.
