She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth Roney and Louis Roney; her children, Annie Miller, Louis Roney, Michael Roney, Bernadette Roney and George Roney; her former spouse Saint Cosmas of Pennsylvania; her husband David Weeks of Sweeny, Texas; her children, Leslie Singletary (Jon Singletary) of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Joseph Weeks of Sweeny, Texas; her grandchildren, Brandon Weeks of West Columbia, Texas and Avery Singletary of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and her siblings, Anne Miller of San Antonio, Texas, Louis Roney (Betty Roney) of San Antonio, Texas, Michael Roney of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, Bernadette Roney of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and George Roney (Julie Roney) of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania..
She never missed a Sunday mass or any chance to help serve the church until COVID isolated her due to her high-risk illness and even then, she watched mass weekly every Sunday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 310 N. McKinney Street, Sweeny, Texas.
