He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Barker; his parents, Felbert Barker and Carrie Barker; and his brother James Barker. He is survived by: his children, Diana Bundrant (Mike) and Scott Barker (Joanne); his grandchildren, Adam Barker (Brenna) and Jennifer Arnold (Steven); and his great grandchildren, Heather and Haley Arnold.
