We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2021, at the age of 68, Elaine Ortiz of Sunray, Texas, born in Dumas, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Ortiz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Keith and Freda Keith (Ritter); and her great-niece Lacey Vasquez. She is survived by: her husband Elias Ortiz; her children, Shawn Wilkins (Mary) of Midland, Lupe Ortiz (Elizabeth) of North Carolina, Tessa Loper (Chris) of Amarillo and Mandy Davis (Oscar) of Sunray; and her siblings, Ricky Keith (Debbie), Mike Keith (Vickie) and Chris Flores (Joe). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.
