He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary Fouse and Ellen Fouse (Campbell); and his siblings, H. C. Fouse, Joyce Ann Wyatt and Ella Jean Johns.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Fouse; his daughter Tammy Ballard (John); his grandchildren, Ashley Scroggins (Kason), Tia Ballard and Timmy Ballard; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Scroggins and Baylee Scroggins.
