Askew and Jeff Spivey, Sr. (Yolanda); his siblings, Sherby Spivey (Glenda) of Cedar Park, Chris Spivey (Ann) of Sulphur Springs, Keith Spivey of Sulphur Springs, Robert Askew, Sr. of Sulphur Springs, Jeff Spivey, Jr. (Valencia) of Houston, TX and Sequita Mosley (Anthony) of Sulphur Springs; and his grandchildren, Azaria Thomas, Izrael McIntosh, Zadavia Williams and Kiana Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
