Pat is survived by: wife Sonya Lynn Spence of Sulphur Springs, TX; children, Josh Thompson of Sulphur Springs, TX and Ashley (Cole Wright) of Killeen, TX; grandchildren, Jackson and Claire Wright; and brother Garry Thompson of San Antonio, TX. Pat is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
