She was predeceased by: her parents, Britt Thomas and Elizabeth Nash Thomas; her husband Lloyd Ross; her daughter-in-law Daphne Ross; her granddaughter Delecia Simmons; and her great grandchild KynMori Ross.
She is survived by: her children, LaNelle (Horace) and Kenneth; her grandchildren, Lance Wilson (Ebony), Ayanna Garvie and Kendra Ross; and her great grandchildren, Rhythm Ross, London Williamson, Ruby Wilson, Sophie Wilson, Mackenzie Simmons and Nate Simmons.
