He is survived by: his wife Annette Hall; his children, Christopher Wilburn (Amy), Joshua Wilburn-Dudley (Tim) and Katy Wilburn (Janet); his brother Raymond Wilburn (Dawn); his granddaughter Bethany Hokett (Keyton); and his stepgrandchildren, Travis Dudley (Sarah), Tori Peek (Robert) and Tony Dudley (Michelle). He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
