She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Millsap and Peggy Pierce Millsap. She is survived by: her husband Paul Garrett; her children, Paul Garrett Jr. (Christi) of Malakoff, TX, Lindsey Collett (Zach) of Sulphur Bluff and Ginger Garrett of Point; her siblings, Randy Millsap (Carolyn) of Winnsboro, Donna Neal of Sulphur Springs and Janie Miller (Delbert) of Miller Grove; and her grandchildren, Bailey Early, Payton Hale, Gracie Nichols, Abbie Garrett, Hunter Nichols, Kloe Townson, Braydan Garrett, Jacob Townson, Lane Garrett, Raylee Garrett, Rease Garrett, Alley Collett, Madi Collett and Logan Collett.
