He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wagner and Bessie Wagner; his wife Ruan; and his children, Don Ray Wagner and Patty Sue Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Adams, Kim Shipp and Greg Hicks; his grandchildren, Whitney Shipp, Chelsea Shipp, Jeffrey Adams, Jaclyn Ross (Mike) and Jennifer Rathbun (Aaron); and his great grandchildren, Hoot Rathbun, Alyssa Rathbun, Linsey Ross, Lauren Ross and Madalyn Ross.
