Sursa (Kim) of Ennis and Michelle Rush (Mark) of Houston, Texas; his sister Charlene Dozier of Pampa, Texas; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel, Kalee, John David, Trevor, Claire, Cooper, Kristen, Katrina and Karlye. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; numerous great -great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
