It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Dean Lewis of Stinnett, Texas, born in Borger, Texas, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Lewis and Mildred Lewis (Beagle); his wife Donna; his son Ray Dean; and his brothers, Billy, Tommy and Raymond.

He is survived by: his sister Ethel Griffin of Borger; and his caregivers, Gary and Laura Conaway of Stinnett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
