She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Kruse and Lena Kruse; her siblings, Richard Kruse and Virgie Cromer; and her daughter Cindy Lucas Johnston.
She is survived by: her husband J. T. Lucas; her children, Allen (Kay Lynne Lucas), Linda (Johnny Gonzales) and Audrey (Joe Hollingsworth); and her siblings, Dorothy Splawn, Florence Secrest and Delbert Kruse. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty nine great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
