She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Haislip. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Wilson (Bob), Walt Haislip (Jeanne), Mindy Parker (Dan) and Tommy Haislip (Shereata). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
