He is survived by: his wife Glynda Madison; his sons, Greg (Cheryl), Jeff (Diana) and Randy (Allison); and his grandchildren, Misty Mabry (Chris), Tiffany Carson (Josh), Andrew Madison (Jenna), Taylor Madison, Ryan Madison, Sam Madison, Nicole Davis (Cody), Katelin Chelette (Chris) and Grayson Rush. He is also survived by two nephews and eight great grandchildren, Glynda's children and grandchildren.
