We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 72, Randall Dell Riley of Stamford, Texas, born in Abilene, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dell Riley and Loveta Riley (Coffman); and his former wife Cecelia "Ce Ce" Owens. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Riley of Stamford; his children, Jacob Riley of Stamford, Amber Riggen (Justin), Ashley Martinez (Matt), Allison Bigbie of Brownwood and April Locke (Colin); his grandchildren, Colter Reed, Kenley Reed, Addie Olds, Cooper Bigbie and Aspen Bigbie; his great grandchild Beckham Dyer; his nephew Tyler Wright; and his niece Lori Rogers.
The family has requested any memorials be made in his name to the Ben Richey Boys Ranch, at PO Box 6839, Abilene, Texas 79608.
