He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Allen and Thelma Frances Skiles Mullins; and his brother James Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Julie Mullins of Stamford; his son Jason Wayne Mullins of Stamford; his siblings, Thelma Roysdon of Iowa Park and Robert Mullins of Stamford; and his sister-in-law Tona Mullins of Lake Stamford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
