He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Allen and Thelma Frances Mullins (Skiles). He is survived by: his wife Tona Mullins of Stamford; his son Jeff Latham of Austin, Texas; his siblings, Thelma Roysdon of Iowa Park, Texas, Johnny Mullins (Julie) of Stamford and Robert Mullins of Stamford; and his brother-in-law Tommy Patterson (Kathy) of Weatherford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
