She is survived by: her husband Jay Goodman; her sisters-in-law, Gladys Leggott Horn and Faye Holladay; her daughter LaJuan; her son-in-law Garlyn Shelton; her grandson Jay Shelton; and her great grandchild Emberlynn Shelton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
