She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Vasquez and Matiana Gomez Vasquez; and her siblings, Lucia Martinez, David Vasquez and Felipe Vasquez.
She is survived by: her significant other Lorenzo Contreras of Stamford, TX; her children, Juanita Edmonds of Wyoming, Emma Gutierrez (Juan) of Abilene, TX, Paula Cruz (Ray) of Stamford, TX, Anufo Gonzales (Maria) of Uvalde, TX, Beatrice Gonzales of Altus, OK, Rafael Gonzales (Lisa) of Plainview, TX and Daniel Aviles of Breckenridge, TX; and her brothers, Gilbert Vasquez of Hale Center, TX, Roy Vasquez of Lubbock, TX and Alfredo Vasquez of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren.
