He is survived by: his brother Bob Lewis; his son Sam Lewis; his daughter-in-law Susan Lewis; his granddaughters, Emma and Claire Lewis; his son Richard Lewis; his daughter-in-law Hilda Lewis; his great grandchild Brayden Rodriguez; his daughter Susan Armstrong; his son-in-law Ken Armstrong; and his grandchildren, John, William Kanouff and Katherine Kanouff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in William's name to The Alzheimer's Association.
