With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Philbin of Spring, Texas, born in Wharton, Texas, who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene A. Philbin and Lorena Brock (Rowan); her stepfather Lawrence Brock; and her brother Stephen H. Philbin. She is survived by: her stepsiblings, Monet Brock (CA) and Lawrence Brock (AZ); and her cousins, Ed, Jennifer Pitts, Jeanne Rowan, Ford Rowan (Annapolis, MD) and Suzanne Babcock.
