She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Bechtel and Marie Bechtel; her husband Earl Hormberg; her children, Amy Oden (Victor), Brett Hormberg (Sally) and Brian Hormberg (Angela); her grandchildren, Eric Oden, Jennifer Senethavy, Ashley Kartman, Rachael Hormberg, Samuel Hormberg, Sophie Hormberg and Luke Hormberg; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Jack Oden; her sister Beth Lauchlan (Bob); and her brother-in-law Stan Baldwin. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
