He is survived by: his grandchild Gramps; his friends, Jerry Beneke and Caroline Ives; his children, Bob Ring Jr., Barbara Yeager and Dianne Melton (Richard); his grandchildren, Josh Ring (Lindsey), Andy Ring (Lisa), Kimberly (Fuente) and Angela Krampitz (Tad); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Layla Ring, Blake, Penelope Ring, Leandro, Ilán, Eleonora, Fuente and Dakota.
