She was predeceased by: her father Patrick Fazin; and her son Michael S. White. She is survived by: her husband Norris Helms; her sons, Johnny White (Salena), Joey White (Natasha) and Richie White (Lindsay); her stepchildren, Miranda, Madison, Zachary and Cameron Helms; her grandchildren, Lori Hinson (Mitchell), Hunter, Victoria, Carver, Collin, Ethan, Chase and Ricky; her mother Eleanor; and her siblings, Phil Fazin, Vince Fazin, Patrick Fazin, Elena Hollingshead (John) and Paul Fazin (Michelle). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
