He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Riley and Mary L. Kershaw Riley; and his nephew Jason E. Kelly. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Riley (Tara) and Justin Riley; his sisters, Patti Paczulla (Eric) and Barbara Hassan; his nieces and nephews, Richard, Jill, Logan, Sorcha, Elaine, Isabel and Niko; and his children, English Mastiff and Rocky.
A memorial service will occur Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. *COVID UPDATE: The family appreciates and are grateful for your kind expressions of love during this difficult time. Due to COVID-19 there will not be a reception following the service.
