He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Castleberry and Jean Castleberry; and his sister-in-law Gail Mullare. He is survived by: his brother Ed; his wife Joan Mullare; his children, Kristen Castleberry of Houston, Texas and David Castleberry of Montgomery, Texas; his brother Marvin Castleberry (Elizabeth) of Lacey, Washington; and his brother-in-law David Mullare of Hanover, Massachusetts. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
